And ask what system are you thinking of using and after that what books/classes (Tome of Battle being the big one I'm sure they will all want to use).Now saying human only might not be a problem as my Off to War campaign had everyone start as human until we entered an area near the elven woods where a player joined in as an elf. And I had plenty of players.Also no magic will be no big deal for most players and I'm sure out of the many you will find 4 or 5 that may take you up on your game.
