Bright but quiet and reserved, she is a diligent student who has an exceptional academic record. She turned 21 on October 12. As part of her studies, Abigail is currently on a year abroad program, and has committed to spending at least one academic year at UCCS, where she is taking biology, botany, art and political science classes. This is her junior year per the US system, and she plans to return to England for her final year when classes end in summer.Although reserved, a bit on the 'weedy' side, and blind without her glasses, she is very smart and good at problem solving, math and science. She also has developed an interest in sculpture, hence the art classes.Abigail can come off as stodgy or stuck up, and she's often accused of having a Northern accent. Since lots of planets have a North, she really doesn't mind. Sometimes she slips into Received Pronunciation, as the 'BBC British" accent is more readily understood by listeners. This doesn't help with initial impressions. Abigail had many of her prized possessions shipped to the US to fill her dorm room, much to her roommate's amusement. Her grand-mum's jewelry box is one item she has kept since it was given to her. Abigail's family sent her a ticket to come home over Winter Break, so she can spend Christmas and New Years with her family before flying back. Her planned route is to board flight 917 from Colorado Springs to Seattle, where she will remain on board as they become Flight 9 to Halifax. There, they will take on fuel before flying to Heathrow Airport. Her elder brother is going to be waiting with his beat-up lorry to haul the two of them from Heathrow to Nottingham. So, an average, ordinary young woman just going home for the holidays.Opinions? Comments?</blockquote>
