My wife has the APA style handbook that she had to get when she went through her master's program.  The APA format is the American Psychological Association, and so most programs that are related to psychology in any way follow the APA style.The problem is, I don't like it.  And I'm too cheap to go out and buy the MLA book, because their website has little details, because obviously they want to sell more books.The thing is, I have most of my paper written, but it's already a page too long, and the footnote style for the APA will add lots of text into the document like at the end of this line. (1982; Boones and Hawkins).Or something like that.So, I wanted to see if anyone here had any paper in the MLA style that I could copy?  I'm not interested in the paper itself, I just need a sample of that style.  Or, if there are other styles that rely on traditional superscripted footnotes like I'm used to.Thanks</blockquote>
