WYSIWIG woes

I've had trouble posting new threads, so we'll see...

Whenever I use a WYSIWIG button, a dialog window opens with the name of the button I pushed and a message: "This command is invalid or not implemented." However, it is implemented once I close that window.

I also lost a huge, well-thought-out post because I clicked Preview Post and got a blank white screen that said "done" at the bottom. I hit the Back button, and the WYSIWIG had reset. My post was gone. (Sorry, fredramsey, no campaign advice for you!)

WYSIWYG Editor is on the schedule of things to fix during my Memorial week stint of board fixes. I'll leave this thread open to collect specific issues with the WYSIWYG editor.

If it helps to know this, I have experienced the exact problems Cutter describes with the WYSIWYG editor in Firefox 1.0.3 on XP Pro (SP2) and XP Home (SP2) in Stealth scheme (don't know about Default scheme, haven't tried).

BTW, thanks for your diligence, Michael and friends, these boards wouldn't be the good experience they are without all your hard work.
