At first you can not see his face as it only consists of swirling mists and streaks of the myst go as far as the wall there the cops bullet impacted after passing harmlessly through the ghost. The myst then gathers to form a haggard looking face with a goateee that would qualify the man to be the main villain in a Flash Gordon episode. His whole form glows in soft green light that seems to gather mostly around his closed fists.
