D&D 3E/3.5 X2 Castle Amber Conversion to 3.5 or Pathfinder?

There was one hanging around a while ago. Has anyone got a conversion for X2 Castle Amber to Pathfinder or 3.5?

This module has already been converted to 3.5 and uploaded to the attempt to rebuild the conversion library thread stickied above. It is grouped in entry #25.
