If you are talking about the 17th level ability of Sudden Strike then yes, it says you get a second attack as a bonus action. That does not care about sneak attack or anything else.

However, then the ability follows to say that if you already hit with Sneak Attack once, and you use that bonus action attack against a different target, that you can use Sneak Attack again.
