Unless you bought your 360 in mid 2007 or so (or bought an Elite), then it almost certainly doesn't have an HDMI port.

To reiterate, the Elite, Pro, Arcade, and Halo 3 Special Edition always have an HDMI port. The Core never had an HDMI port (it was replaced by the Arcade in Q4 2007). Some late-model Premiums (which started to become available in mid-2007; in Q4 of 2007, the Pro bundle replaced the Premium) also have an HDMI port.
