Since grad school I've been working as a scientist with a major biotech company here in NC, however the position was a six month contract, and sadly the project (which was pretty much me + a large budget) was dumped in favor of some other areas within my group. My last day was going to be wednesday...

But no longer, because I just got snapped up for another 6 months, potentially a year, by the immunology group down the hall. I start the transition to the new position tommorow.
