With a flick of his wrist, a foot long blade springs out of his hand with a 'Snikt!' sound. Using the blade to cut the tip off his cigar, the stranger then lights it and begins to smoke. Turning to the fighters, he speaks..."I'm called Patch. I can judge this fight for ya if ya got nobody else ta do it, bub. Just your luck, I know a thing or two about fightin ya see.
