requirements - exotic weapon proficiency ( tiger claws, and tail spikes ), multidexterity , multi-weapon fighting , Weapon focus ( tiger claws , and tail spike )
ability to cast arcane spells of the 2nd level.
concentration 10 ranks

benefit - When fighting with a tiger claw in each hand, and a tail-spike on your (duh) tail. The penalty for fighting with mutiple weapons is reduced by 1 and the penalty induced by taking an extra attack with the tail spike is reduced by 1. Also you do not need to directly manipulate your spell components. This is not still spell or eschew materials. It means you may cast spells without letting go of your weapons.

I would note that there is no way to get 1 HD. If a creature has 1 HD, it is replaced by their first class level. So you either need to give then 2 HD (which would make them a +3 ECL). The other option is removing the HD, which would make them a balanced +2. I slightly prefer this because it dosn't give them a free +2 to all saves, which is pretty bad and it negated the HP disadvantage or sorcs.
