It says that they attacking creatures a 50% miss chance to hit them, do incorporeal creatures have a 50% miss change to hit solid creatures?

While the conclusion is correct (incorporeal attacks ignore solid objects, but not creatures), incorporeality has nothing to do with planar status. Unless otherwise stated, such as with the manifestation of a ghost, an incorporeal creature exists only on the Material Plane, but is considered "insubstantial" to all solid (or "corporeal") objects except for ghost touch items and force effects.Originally posted by AGGEMAM
By 'solid creatures' I take it you mean creatures on the material plane ? Then no, incorporeal attack ignore objects but not creatures.
