It says that they attacking creatures a 50% miss chance to hit them, do incorporeal creatures have a 50% miss change to hit solid creatures?

By 'solid creatures' I take it you mean creatures on the material plane ? Then no, incorporeal attack ignore objects but not creatures.

Force effects and incoporeal creatures

Force based effects ignore the 50% miss chance (Magic Missle, Spiritual Weapon, Mace of Odo.)

Although, it is nice that you pointed it out, that was not the question.

While the conclusion is correct (incorporeal attacks ignore solid objects, but not creatures), incorporeality has nothing to do with planar status. Unless otherwise stated, such as with the manifestation of a ghost, an incorporeal creature exists only on the Material Plane, but is considered "insubstantial" to all solid (or "corporeal") objects except for ghost touch items and force effects.

Page 77 of the DMG details the effects of incorporeality, as well as this page of the SRD.
