[QUOTE="Sidran, post: 440209, member: 6160"] Greyone I actually feel the way you do on this. Lately I have been asking this question to myself Is this worth it or should I go somewhere else for creativity. Truthfully from your [greyones] comments in various places mostly in emails about the City of Abbaye, I garnered that you have lost at least in part interest in this setting. I was away for a long while and we are still at where I was (almost) when I to lost my initial interest in the setting, or more correctly in the writing for the setting. Fact is writing for you guys was my hobby that I loved but when I was not getting any feedback I got disheartened and went on to working on my own World for a while a world I have just now begun to DM, and look forward to posting its initial stuff on the Enboards in a few more months of work, play. I sometimes pull all nighters writing for DF, or This or that Project namely my struggling work on a Detectives Handbook for D20 rules. I enjoy combined creativity, and that was why I orriginally began posting the Utali stuff, and then later the Irrasibon stuff, and now soon the Abbaye stuff. For one this Setting screems write me write me write me. But no one either A) listens to the screeming, or B) Rigidly tries to hold the setting into a mold that seems to be lacking something I miss having posts from alot of the older guys that were here but are not now Such as Eversoar who I have seen elsewhere on the site, and the such. OF course Warchild who wrote Lavernum I believe, and some of the others. Luckly I horde notes so I have most if not all of the monsters I wrote and sent into I think Draken. Me and Imp had ICQ chats on some of those monsters though they never ever appeared anywhere. ( I now enjoy writing monsters most of all and have sprung some uniquely nast beasts at my Players over the last few sessions) Including a number of Creatures that would prolly fit quite well into the context of the DF world in general.
