The arguement was because of a PC that was repeatedly getting roleplaying bonuses while the rest of us didn't. The player in question was generally disruptive and it irked most of the rest of us, then his behaviour was rewarded. The player left before that game ended, and in the new game with the same DM, we all just get the same XP.Another time, different game, I noticed that others were leveling before me when I didn't think they should have been. The DM in this one emailed out XP individually ("here's your new total"), so I asked about it, and he checked and found out there was a math error at some point.The game I DM, I have a lose comprehension of where the players are, XP-Wise, and just tell them to level when needed. Eventually I'll add it all up, but I'm too busy now. We have a designated Nagger for just this task.</blockquote>
