Is it wrong to mention that the new essentials dumbs down the game, so people who dont have the capacity to think about when they should use a "daily" can play 4e ?

AFAIK, you should not discuss moderator actions in open, but either by PM, mail or in "the trouble" forum.

1) Don't be insulting - saying that players don't have mental capacity is a pretty direct insult.

2) Don't discuss individual moderation on the boards. Take it to e-mail or a PM with one of the moderators if you don't understand or otherwise want to discuss a moderator's decision.
