Yeah, the difference is, I know the right folks to talk too. Besides, I have the specter of the CIA or FBI showing up on my doorstep any day of the week to question me about my activities. I've always wanted to travel to certain places in the world...China, Tibet, anywhere near the Middle East, Egypt (or almost anywhere in Africa) ... out of the question. Even Turkey is a pain in the butt to try and travel to. It's only recently (within the last 10 years) that the former Soviet Block countries were removed from the "no go" list. With all the history out there and my natural cravings to study it, I'm pretty much restricted to Euro-centric studies. But back on topic, if they take me, oh well. I've been interrogated before, I know how far the US can go with its citizens before they cross the line and if they do, I now know this person has been subverted. It's the little things that they teach you that stick with you. And I can always keep quoting the Soldier's code over and over in my head to keep it occupied. (BTW nursery rhymes are also a good mind occupier).
