I'm designing an uber dungeon of doom for a hack and slash fun break for when either of the two GMs (myself included) don't really have a full night worth the story ready (it happens). As such I'm creating about 25-30 20th level characters for the players (Characters are blindly selected without any knowledge of what the character is and additionally I plan on character death being a fairly common occurence so it helps to have plenty of backups at the ready). I am not overly fond of throwing monsters with class levels as selections (although subraces are legit), but am willing to make a rare exception or two. The following books are the ones that we use: PHB (WOTC) DMG (WOTC) Complete Warrior (WOTC) Complete Divine (WOTC) Races of Stone (WOTC) Unearthed Arcana (WOTC) Quintessential Elf I & II (Mongoose) Quintessential Drow (Mongoose) Quintessential Elf (Mongoose) Ultimate Equipment Guide (Mongoose) Feats (Alderac Entertainment Group) The characters need to be 3.5. The stats for the characters are generated by a 12+2d4 plus racial and level mods so don't worry about high ability score requirements for eligibility for feats. So the challenge is for you guys to throw out some ideas for me for characters. Please include how the levels are spent, how feats are spent, and equipment appropriate for a 20th level character. Personality and background are welcome, but not essential. And finally a big thank you from me and from the players fortunate enough to play these hella-ridiculous characters.
