Er... why not ? Of course I dont expect them to answer every question. But I do expect some of those questions to be asked amoung the settings comittee. At a bare minimum, I hope that those entrants that get to the second round will be constructively critisized. That they get to adjust the template that they have to work with, and that the final 3 get the opportunity to have artists develop any detailed diagrams/pictures that are not possible by some amature author. Asking them the questions is almost as good as suggesting them to do such things. If you read the questions, I believe that, if some of those arnt asked, at some point, then wotc isnt doing its job as efficiently as possible (not that they're doing their job incorrectly, hell, as a company, who is to say how it does its job!). Consider the question about WotC artists being at the disposal of the final 3 contestants: Will the infrastructure / appropriate artists be available if the question is only raised at that 3rd round? Surely they dont have artists just hanging around waiting to draw stuff. It might take a week(?) to get all the agreements between the com. and the artists setup. Asking it now, gives them time to get a few ducks in a row. Asking it 1 week in round 3 might produce a resounding .NO. from the com (too much work to do, too many rules to change, etc). Maybe they wont answer every question but havnt you ever wanted to know the flight speed of african and european swallows!? -Tim
