Levanna believed the pixie and her shouted accusation of lies against Raellynn joined alongside and bolstered Autumn's.

Raellynn is clearly not willing to pit his strength against that of a group united against him. His hands move away from his body, away from any weapons, and he begins to back slowly away.

"The die is cast."

The hounds maintain their position, still pacing, and though they growl menacingly, eager to hunt, they make no move towards the pixie or any member of the group.

[sblock=Arradon]This isn't the end; Harran hunters never give up their prey this easily. And the actions of the others have just ensured that once Raellynn gets his hands on the pixie he'll come after them. The only way to stop a hunting party is to bury them, deep, where they won't be found. Even that isn't guarantee that they'll be safe.[/sblock]

[sblock=OOC]I agree, but that's not really in Autumns nature. I'll have to roleplay it that way, unless someone starts the fight first. wink wink. [/sblock]

Arradon is unlikely to start the fight. He's wanted enough as it is, he doesn't need to give the Thorn more a reason to hunt him.

Silver Road

“Raellyn of the Harran,” Zinnelis acknowledged. “Zinnelis Laediril,” he introduced himself. “You are truly a long way from home, then. This may not be a Human matter, but it is occurring in Human lands. As a people, they tend to make such things their business,” the elven ranger said with a wry smile.

The Harran elf seemed willing to accommodate, and Zinn lowered his bow. But the druid seemed to have different ideas.

"Lies! He speaks in falsities. The pixie is innocent!" Autumn exclaimed.

Zinn sighed. Humans. So impetuous and impatient.

And tieflings, too, apparently, as Rak’Tan drew his great blade from his back. Levanna and Arradon, too, seemed confrontational. The Harran elf eased his hands away from his weapons and backed away, clearly seeing the futility of his position, but clearly issuing a threat.

“There is no need for threats,” Zinn said. “You be on your way and we will be on ours. Gods be with you on your journeys.”

Not one to take threats lightly, Rak'Tan had a gut feeling that this would only get worse should they allow this elf to leave. "Perhaps you should've taken your leave while you still had the chance." Letting out a loud growl Rak'Tan lurched toward the elf to attack.

Zinnelis cursed as the tiefling charged the elf. Well, it looked like they would have a fight after all. He fell back, letting the tiefling handle the Harran elf. He pulled his bow and spun to the left, firing on the lone hound to that side of the group.
