Are we allowed to have more than one character at once at the tavern???

I don't recall a rule forbidding it. I've been avoiding it to avoid having to RP talking to myself, but as long as I don't hog the adventures I don't see why they shouldn't all be here to show that they're all available. I wouldn't want to miss out on an adventure that needs a Defender just because I currently only have my Striker in the tavern.[/sblock]

The rules say the characters may not have any meaningful interaction - exchanging items, going to adventures together etc...usual method for this is to have them in the tavern one at a time. But as far as I know, it's not mandatory, especially with warforged that can stay deactivated for the duration...

"I am Ironheart," rumbles the newcomer. "Once I guarded a grove in Arcadia. Now I have journeyed long through mortal realms, and I seek a new circle to protect." It crosses the floor and plants itself in an open space - ironically, the very one vacated by Earth not long ago.

"Well, well, well." Although Haruka had been content to watch events unfold around her, at the arrival of Ironheart the young Jadite rises from her chair and begins to cross the tavern. As she stalks towards the wood woad, a wicked smile spreads across her face. "Looks like someone got over his fear of the big city." She stops very close to Ironheart and looks up at him, as though trying to read his face. "You're not going to freak out again, are you?"

"Karma didn't make it back?" 7 Rabbit looks concerned. "For some reason I thought he had! We need to send out a search party!"

"He was washed away somewhere in a torrent of water, but still alive when Shale contacted him with his abilities. We just don't know where! As for stars, at least where I was living in Arcadia, they looked different; not really my specialist field of study at the time, though."

ooc: Anyone have a level 2+ defender, not in the bar at this moment that wants to help finish an adventure? Desolation Island.

I can use either of the paladins in the Hanged Man if need be, but all the other PCs are level 3.

Randal overhears Haruka's and Ironheart's conversation. He listens with interest and with some diffuculty turns to watch how events unfold " She is feisty, I like her! " he comments to Ryan and he sends Haruka a sexy wink.

Ryan, taking interest in his companion's observation, glances towards the Jadite and Tree. " You should be careful my undead friend. She looks like to be a girl that could easily chew you up and spit you out before you even noticed. And, I believe the walking tree is far from a comedian, so watch your tongue. They might someday be our future colleagues "

The zombie head winks again and his left eyebrow almost falls off " I'll take my chances buddy, besides I can't be as picky nor as boring as you, can I ?"

The fighter responds with a simple pushing gesture, that tips Randals head enough to fall on the side. " Hey, that was uncalled! You better be careful, because one of these days I am biting one those pretty little fingers off! " but Ryan just shrugs at the remark. " Enjoy your view, buddy "

A broad grin cracks Ironheart's bark as he recognizes Haruka. "The fiery one! I remember you! It is a pleasure to see you again. It feels to me like it's been an age - but time here passes differently. Maybe it was only a day? I've been to distant lands and back in that time, so it must have been an age since we last met."

[sblock=ooc]I think he was looking at the tavern patrons thread, and only saw the two level 1 paladins. Our team keeps losing its defender. We're a pretty balanced party otherwise (1 controller, 1.5 strikers, 1.5 leaders).[/sblock]
