What would you want to see in a 5e CRPG set in FR?

I'd expect all the races, classes, and subclasses in the PHB as best can be implimented. After that the SCAG subclasses, the most popular subclasses in the XGTE, and Aasimar and Tabaxi from VGTM.

And I'd set it outside the Sword Coast which is hugely over used. I'd personally set it on the Old Empires region which is begging for attention, Dragonborn cities, Mulhorand, Unther, Imaskari ruins and extra dimesional spaces, even deep Imaskar and Okoth the Sarrukh realms, and the Sahguin Realm of Alexis, strange Abeiran Tribes of Stone Giants, and more.

Another cool setting would be the unapproachable East, Alagond & the Yuirwood, Thay, Rashemen.

Alternately set it somewhere in Kara Tur, no CRPG has been set on the continient, just Faerun and Zakhara and Realmspace.

I would go for a regional guide for areas south of Waterdeep, maybe Elturgard or even Tethyr and Amn. A guide for Corymr would also work. These are more how my group plays and it seems all the regions are similar to traditional places rather than new cultures. Just not sure that we would play for a long time in a more strange region.

I'd want it to be a fun pirate-themed adventure that let me sail up and down the Sword Coast, and venture into the inner sea and to foreign lands like Maztica, Kara Tur and Al Qadim.

Adventures on solid ground would be like a Star Trek away mission, where I pick my party from the ragtag crew I've assembled over time.

I am going to sound like and utter idiot for saying this, but what is a CRPG? From the discussion I take IRS a solo adventure, but figured I'd ask for clarity.

A Title Much Cooler Than Anything on the Old Site
First - it should be a turn-based game.

Second - it should stick pretty true to the 5e rules so that anyone who is familiar with 5e rules will feel comfortable with the mechanics and just need to focus on learning the controls, not the underlying crunch.

Third - it would be awesome to have a private multiplayer CRPG instead of a MMORPG.

You do realize that what's being discussed is a computer game, right?
