Yeah. I'm really digging the pre-separation planes vibe along with the mega flora and fauna. I like that salt is used as currency. The Black Taboos. Stone and bone weapons...serious Dark Sun vibes. Absolutely loving it so far.

I've never understood the prudishness of some gamers. Their collars and cuffs not up to Emily Post standards? They're stone age fantasy heroes. So of course they better dress to modern sensibilities. Maybe just let people like things you don't. It's okay to let people like things.

There's nothing sexualized about the images in the preview.

I agree with the sentiment, but I didn’t see a wealth of scantily clad women and none of the overally sexualized type I really detest

Were we looking at the same art? All the women I saw were wearing variations on the cave woman bikini; had toned bodies with no body hair; were posed in "sexy" ways, etc etc. Whereas the men mostly just looked buff or were given standard action poses and generally had more clothing on.

See also the dryad stand-in, the two women fighting the t-rex, the blue-skinned woman riding the mammoth on the cover of the preview, the woman crouching by the fire in the cave, the woman snuggled up with the wolves, and so on.

If I was a teenage boy, I'm sure I would love it. As a father of three girls, I am disappointed that this sort of sexist art is still so prevalent in my favorite hobby.

Yes, those don’t seem scantily clad to me!or sexually provocative to me.

I’m guess you are neither a woman, nor do you have children. I think you might think a bit differently if you had both.
That being said, I don’t feel the previews here cross the line. However, Stone Age fantasy doesn’t need woman in hide bikinis.

I concur that they are not as overtly sexualised as a lot of fantasy art of women is; however, I do feel like this was the perfect opportunity for the artists to try something different and not go with the stereotypical toned, hairless women in furry bikinis.

Different body types, maybe a bit of body hair. Could have made for a bold, refreshing change.

Beyond the fact that it’s fantasy, Stone Age people don’t need to conform to modern sensibilities. Look into how anthropologists and archaeologists suggest they dressed. You might be shocked that modesty wasn’t a concern. Warmth was. So in colder climates they were covered head-to-foot...as depicted in the preview. But in warmer climates they wore less, sometimes far less than our modern prudishness permits...and far less than what’s depicted in the preview.
