The Chronicles of Prydain
Groo the Wanderer (animated)
Dresden Files (only 1 season was a crime. I'd like to see a more truthful adaptation: Mature rated for streaming service)
Your "Dresden Files" comment made me think that it's pretty ripe for a remake/reboot. Looks like it got a pilot, 2 years back, but nothing else.

Starting with Peace Talks? I can see the appeal of a more current property, but that leaves you with a lot of ramping-up to do.

As others have mentioned, The Black Company and Casca are both good candidates.

Casca might be challenging to pull off, though, as it does have a religious element to its premise, and the whole adventures-of-an-immortal thing has already been done so a lot of its target audience might just see it as a Highlander knock-off.

I think there's probably a lot more stories that could be told in the world of the Sharpe's Rifles series of British tv movies starring Sean Bean... (Which themselves were adaptions of a popular series of novels.) Given Bean's high profile and the current state of industry technology it probably wouldn't be too hard to put together a big-budget high production value series or a movie.

That would have been the trailer they made for the book, it did have an actual show back on the OG sci-fi channel

They rolled Murphy and Susan into one character, the same with Bianca and Lara Raith.

I think given the current climate of the streaming services, it could do well if they follow Disney's approach with PJO, meaning they bring in the author on casting decisions etc.

Strange that they made an IMDB entry for a trailer.

I've seen the show. Never read the books (though it seems that Butcher is a friend of a friend), though I know that I should.
