I was able to copy/paste the words out of the PDF file into word. The pretty formatting is lost, but the raw words can be edited however you want afterwards.

For me, I print it out with a nice color laser printer, then laminate the sheet, cut the cards with scissors, and use a nice paper punch-like device my wife uses for scrapbooking to round the corners.
