It depends on what you are trying to discover. If you are looking for discussions of battles and tactics I don't have an answer for you. However, if you are wondering about individual combat training (e.g. how to fight manuals) I have heard good things about a few.

Just finished The Anarchist's Tool Chest, hand woodworking what I do when I'm not gamingB-)
Almost time to reread The Wheel of Time to be ready for the final book.
I think "skill training" in the advancement table and the description of how to improve skills is a case of non-standardized nomenclature but they are both referring to the same thing.
As for the 4 skills, the background gives 3 skills and then the class adds the 4th that they were not trained...
While it would probably be helpful to add ToTM nomenclature to spells/movement/ranges etc... removing all mention of feet from everything except in the tactical module would then require every spell/movement speed/range etc... to be duplicated in that module to add the distance in. Probably the...
It is correct because monk powers have the implement keyword, not the weapon keyword, so they do not get the weapon proficiency bonus for attack rolls.
The way all opportunity attacks work is that leaving a square that is threatened provokes the attack, the default is 1 square so leaving a square adjacent to a creature without shifting provokes whether you move away or to a different adjacent square. With threatening reach 2 you provoke when...
Not until higher levels, the various masterwork armors are not enchantments, they are simply a way of making the "base" armor that higher level enchanted items are made of better. +1 bonus armor is made from standard leather armor, but +6 bonus armor is made out of Starleather or some other...
It looks like he is maintaining the tradition of gimping his character since warlock and rogue do not use the same primary attribute which will impact the stat based portion of his damage. The other question then becomes is he getting combat advantage to use his sneak attack with rogue powers...

It acts like a burst, but does not have the advantages of a burst (doesn't ignore concealment, doesn't do extra damage to swarms, each target needs line of effect from the ranger, penalty for ranged attack against prone, etc..)
There is at least one quest with a bit of a puzzle which also requires outside knowledge of D&D where you have to go through doors that describe a certain number to total another number (heads of two ettins, tusks of an oliphant, wrists of a marilith I think were the ones I saw but I didn't...
I have run across one monster that has a similar power, it was in a Dungeon adventure and I'm not near my books to check if it exists outside of that adventure. Ettin Wrath Chanter standard at will Invoke Fury 1 enemy within 5 makes a charge or basic attack against a target of Ettin's choice...
I'm enjoying this thread, however, I have to disagree with your analysis of the wight fight. In terms of resources lost the healing surge losses should be included in the damage the wights did, which bumps their average damage up over 47 points, much more respectable.
