A flaw in the orginal and all alternative systems as I see it is that every party should from a roleplaying perspective leave the guys that are bad in a skill out, unless the weak characters are loose canons. Metagame people might join even if they are very bad in social skills just for XP...

What is willing? Does Clerics "Cause Fear" work? Or anything else? It would atleast make a penalty if thrown at a creature under a "Feast of Souls" (Warlock daily lvl 9) which he probably wants to escape from if possible ;)

When you first have taken a Fighter MC feat and a PP you will also take the "Battle Acumen" feat and get +2 hit with both weapon and implement. Quite nice :)
