I think daily powers are sometimes so powerful, so allowing them to be used more than one time per day would be definitively overpowered.

What about training one skill and giving +2 to other?

I agree with Primitive Screwhead, the 1º round minions would make characters attack out of control at the beggining of every battle. In order to finish quickly with the "clean-up", I treat the surviving monsters that can't scape like minions. That works fine for my group.

I really like the concept, but as Starfox said, the class' name does not fit with the concept. I think bounty hunter or something like this would be a good alternative.
