I found it eventually, thanks. It was The Sovereign Domain of Eyros, which I can't paste a link to, for some reason.

Looking for an old Campaign Setting Enworld was doing from years ago. Lizardman calvary on dinosaurs, Demonic T-rex worship...

I'm trying to find an old 3.x campaign setting folks here were doing several years back, and am hoping people remember it. I don't remember much, but some of the things I recall are; The God or King was a massively leveled Demonic T-rex which gave it enough of an int boost to be a decent...

    No Multi-Weapon Defense feat?

Use one of the arms for a shield instead of a weapon, mayhaps.

Need random E10 group. (Hi, Dandu)

That is correct. Trog for +6 NA.

    Grease questions

Barring any other DC raising goodies, the spell DC is 10+ spell level + Casting Stat Modifier (whatever that would be). A Wizard with 18 Int casting grease would be 10 + 1 + 4 for a total of DC 15.

    Help with a weather situation

Don't. You're the GM. Does it matter how, or is it just for (ha) atmosphere?

    What's up with Factorum?

I see it mentioned all over the place, usually when talking about multiclassing or gestalt, or to make another class just better somehow. But why? I don't have the book it's in, and I don't see people talking about why it's so great for a few level dip, or as a second half of a gestalt, or...

    What character type is this?

A Vessel, perhaps. Or an Avatar (Not technically accurate, but possible). A Client (in that the possessing power is a Patron).

    TRISTALT: The Return.

Just using core classes because I'm lazy, I'd go Paladin//Sorceror//Rogue. Really hammer away with that Charisma. Though it'd suffer from nigh-on crippling MAD. Maybe Sorceror//Wizard//Cleric for super casty goodness.

    Question regarding "Worked stone"

I disagree. The duration of the spell is instantaneous. The magic creates the stone, and is then gone. The stone it creates is nonmagical. We had a Q&A thread about this very same subject. My personal opinion, which is based off of, but not necessarily the consensus of the previous...

A Suggestion for Renaming "Playing the Game" forum

To "Walking the Walk." Since there's a Talking the Talk forum for OOC discussion.

    McGuffin Help

I'm pretty sure that by definition of a Macguffin, it doesn't matter. What's in the briefcase from Pulp Fiction? Doesn't matter, only that people want it.

Just tell them that they're going to be captured for the sake of the story.

Form of Winter's Herald vs. Wintersnap Armor? Which is better for a Warden?

Oh, good point, I didn't notice that the area of difficult terrain from Wintersnap is difficult for everyone, not just your enemies.

Form of Winter's Herald vs. Wintersnap Armor? Which is better for a Warden?

I've got a 1st level Goliath Warden with a longspear right now, that I'm hoping to play up through Heroic. So one of the items I was hoping to pick up is Wintersnap Armor. But upon further reading, Form of the Winter Herald gives all the stuff that Wintersnap Armor does, and more. So, what's...

    Medium character, huge bastard sword

No, monsters who get reach with big freaking swords get reach because they're huge monsters. A Monster with a medium dagger would get the same reach. Thus, you still get to only attack monsters next to you, even though your sword barely fits in the room.

    Escaping Transmute Mud to Rock

You could make an escape artist check of a high but not impossible DC. Still Transmute Rock to Mud And there's not even a requirement for the Still spells, if you can keep your hands free. It's not a sure thing that character will sink all the way into the mud immediately.

What do your PCs do with prisoners?

Last time my group took prisoners, we were in no condition to deal with them in the long term, and they weren't all that much to blame. So they were a "test" for the GM. We let them go, with the understanding that if we ever saw them again, they'd get murdered. And we wouldn't bother taking...

    Critique my Magic Item

Are there other abilities that are dependant on dim light? Because otherwise, I don't see a real point behind shedding a bit of light in a small area.
