...that mixes fantasy with real medieval history. Or at least patterns itself after the real world. Something with a conan-esque flavor, but real world locations? Does this exist?

I'm wondering to what extent DMs here use houserules.

If you are blinking and your target can see invisible creatures, do you still get the +2 to hit and deny the target his dex bonus to AC?
