The only monk I ever played could keep up with the fighter, but that's only because my DM was generous at the time. Otherwise they are only good for support characters like everyone else has mentioned. If you wanna whoop arse, this isn't your class. If you want to be a very useful character...

I think I've got it!...Maybe they will all be able to go Super Saiyan after they lose so many hit points, and gain a few extra HD! :D edit: more spelling errors...:(

I don't like alignment in the sense of how the PC's behave, but it works for stuff that depends on alignment such as spells. I think the problem is that when they described the alignments in the PHB, they generalized to much and made a narrow path for each alignment. They should have made each...

I'm guessing it's something like Transformers/Beast Wars which will allow the monsters to transform into robots! edit: spelling error

To make a long story short...Min/Max archer in the hands of a power gamer. He wins innitiative. Full attack. Dead dragon. (Was lower than normal EL, but still should have taken more than one character's full attack!)

I really don't have a favorite. I just put in one of the CD's from "The Essential Trance Collection" and let that go till I'm tired of it, and put another one of the CD's in! :D
