Were I DM, I'd rule "no". Too much cheese factor. If nothing else I'd invoke the "3.5 rule"... Pre-3.5e non-updated stuff (before Dragon #309) isn't designed to be meshed with 3.5e stuff... at least in my book. I don't think I'd permit ability score bonuses of the same type to stack...

I'd rule the same... although it makes the feat a lot less appealing. Especially considering the existence of Imrpoved Rapid Shot (in CW).

English is messed up. Description as is certainly lends to differing interpretations. Hope the 3.5e team can be a little more clear and precise in the wording of like passages. Combining the preceding sentence with the last sentence is how my brain processed that information... associated...

Telekinesis fix? Any insight into 3.5e telekinesis? I've always disliked the ambiguity of the violent thrust option. As written, it permits a CR 1 githyanki to hurl 4000 shuriken at an opponent... *really* hope the 3.5e team doesn't overlook this overpowered spell in the revision.

Thanks for the clarification, especially regarding size adjustment. It makes sense that hybrid size would be something in-between animal and humanoid/giant form... e.g. hill giant weretiger or halfling wererat would not become medium size as a hybrid. Solves the ability score dilemna too...
