Choose the best all time classic OD&D and B/ED&D adventures!

Choose as few or as many as y'like. As long as you think they are worthy.

This isn't all the adventures released for those edition of the game, though it may seem like it!

It is based on the nominations in this thread:

The main "Other" which I wanted was X12, Skarda's Mirror. My last group listed Skarda as their all-time favorite villain, and felt that he had a lock on the "insane wizardly Bond-villain type guy who wants to take over the world" category.

Also good for the "Other" vote would be HWA 1-3, particularly #3. This campaign was perfect for the Hollow World- massive, epic, and supremely pulpy. A few changes could easily use it for Eberron or even a modern, Earth-based treasure hunters game. And how many campaigns end with mid-level characters (SPOILER)
using the power of the Immortals to fight Death himself?
(END SPOILER)

Keep on the Borderlands, Horror on the Hill, and Quest for the Heartstone.

Keep had a great superecology of monsters to fight, and required a little brains to keep from wandering in over your head by accident

Horror had some cheesy elements - I never much cared for the Neanderthal or the way the old ladies were handled, but the monastery and the dungeon below it were first rate.

Heartstone just had an awesome dungeon.

Whaaat?!? No "B9 Castle Caldwell and Beyond"?!?

Or what about Ed Greenwood's first D&D project, "CM something or other - The Endless Stair"?

To be honest, most of the early adventures were completely hackneyed, but they'll always have that awesome nostalgia factor that made them so fun.

Kind of like watching the original Battlestar Galactica now.

Sorry, can't talk much more. Got to go drink some Nestle Quik out of my Return of the Jedi glass...

I don't remember the name, but the one that had the immortals moving the party through time on another world to thwart an invasion by aliens is my "other."

B10 -- Night's Dark Terror. Best. Module. Ever. An epic mini-campaign with some lovely Cthulhu flavour.

I like it so much that I will convert it to WFRP if I ever get a campaign of that going (interestingly, two of B10's authors also helped to create WFRP).
