We are cleaning out my mother in law's house and I found some games from the 60's "Acquire" and "Point of Law." Are there people who are still interested in games like this or collect them?

Acquire's still published and still popular. In fact, it's frequently lauded as the granddaddy of the Eurogame (even though it's American). I mean, heck, its ID on BoardGameGeek is 5!

Point of Law doesn't seem to have fared so well.
