D&D 5E [5E] Building a Level 20 Jedi

Over the past couple days the guys in my group got to talking about the class (or multi-class combo) one would use to properly represent a Jedi. We all had different answers: monk/cleric, samurai/divine soul sorc, samurai/cleric, DEX paladin and soul knife mystic were all suggestions. Theorycrafting-wise, though...what do you think is the most badass build you could put together at Level 20 that would really feel like a Jedi?

To me the most "jedi-like" would be a straight Eldritch Knight, particularly one wielding a sunblade. Spells like Friends, Mage Hand, and thunderwave replicate Jedi force powers pretty well. If you take Find Familiar, maybe your dm will let you have a droid familiar?

Droids are called Clockwork creatures in Dnd so it might be attainable if the DM allows.
