[Adventure]: The Mark of Trogdor (DM: Dimsdale, Judge ??)

Tenchuu

First Post
"You'll be fine, Rune Priest. It just looks like a flesh wound," Halleck encouraged, and then turned to Quan to bolster his confidence. "If you watch carefully, Hank will telegraph his attack."

"Kill!? You can't even hit the archer!"
Halleck japed, but again his insults had little effect.

OOC: Still in effect:
Inspiring Word
Target:
Vimak
Effect: Spend a healing surge and regain an extra 6 hp.

Canon of Avoidance
Current Target:
Quan
Effect: The target gains a +2 power bonus to all defenses until the end of your next turn.
Sustain Minor: The effect persists. When you sustain the effect, you can transfer it to another ally within 10 squares of you.

Stirring Shout
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, whenever an ally hits Hank, that ally regains 5 hit points

[sblock=Note to other Players: Bravura]
Halleck has the Bravura Presence:
When an ally who can see you spends an action point to take an extra action and uses the action to make an attack, the ally can choose to take advantage of this feature before the attack roll. If the ally chooses to do so and the attack hits, the ally can either make a basic attack or take a move action after the attack as a free action. If the attack misses, the ally grants combat advantage to all enemies until the end of his or her next turn.

Melee characters might also want to save their AP until I hit with Withering Courage, so they can double dip on the +5 damage bonus.
[/sblock][sblock=Action Block, Mini-Stats]

The target can make a melee basic attack against you as a free action and has combat advantage for the attack. If the target makes this attack, an ally of your choice within 5 squares of the target can make a basic attack against the target as a free action and has combat advantage for the attack.

1. Thorkelson, a bald, tattooed man, entered the hangman's tavern and recruits Halleck and Vimak for a job. Thorkelson, needed some protection at the docks, but apparently had some sinister other motive, since he used drinks from the bar to drug Halleck and Vimak.

2. Wake up in the middle of a fight, being helped by strangers. Give the bandits a beating,

3. Get approached by the bandit leaders, who have two girls that look exactly like that one we want. The real girl is revealed, and natural, a fight breaks out.

Vimak also regains extra 2d8 hit points from being adjacent to primera at the moment of healing and I'll grant Raijin 4 healing from the OA

OOC: Hank is done to 45 HP! Rocco and Quan haven't attacked yet. Can they do it? And what will Lerrick do? Hmmm...only time will tell.

Neurotic

I plan on living forever. Or die trying.
Rocco charges headlong toward Hank, but the need to pass by his allies and the fact he moved in straight line throws off his swing a bit. It scratches at Hank's armor, but doesn't penetrate.

"Move away from him and I'll do my best to stop his next dance! Nobody moves away from crazy dwarf! And he cannot bring me down even if he tries. The Queen of Death threw me out once or twice already."

[sblock=Actions]
Superior Will: Save vs Dazed (1d20=2)

Charge vs Hank (1d20+13+1+2+1=23, 1d8.minroll(2)+10+2+2=16) - miss by one :( did I miss some bonus? it's +1 from charge +1 from Vimak and +2 from the flank- MARK!
end in E9

Save vs Dazed (1d20=10) - FINALLY! 5 rolls failed = less then 2 % (1,81) chance

Hank deflects most attacks, with the exception of Vimak's halberg, which scores a minor hit. Hank, ignoring Rocco's challenge (go ahead a roll Rocco CS) zeroes in on Quan. His first attack misses badly, but he quickly rebounds scoring a hit that causes a deep gash on Quan's shoulder. Hank then changes into Lerrick again. You wouldn't hit a girl would you?

[sblock=Mechanics]
Raijin: Misses but Hank takes 8 points damage from armor power, +5 heal to Raijin

Halleck: heals Vimak for HS+6, misses Hank

Nementah: Healing 2d6 to Vimak, +4 healing granted to Raijin, misses Hank
