Sorry Rocco mumbles Raijin but his bolts miss the soldier by the fighter so only the dragonborn mage is immolated by the blazing bolt of lightning.

OOC: [MENTION=24380]Neurotic[/MENTION], for Rocco to get where he is currently located he had to move from square I13 to H13, which will provoke OA's from S6 and S7, then from H13 to G13 which provokes OA's again from S6 and S7. This happened to my warlord Max once. Correct me if I am wrong here before I actually roll the OAs. Rocco was at K12 before this movement.

I realize they have power to attack on shift, but a) Rocco wouldn't know that and b) I don't think they could attack and hit more then once and it will speed dropping them and approaching the mage. I'm hoping they are not immune to their own breath so I won't be showered in three of them.

Rocco has AC 24 vs attack 10 so I'm hoping I'll live through it. If not, we have two healers :)

Quan looks back and forth between the mage at one end of the hall and the two wounded dragonborn at the other.

Remembering how annoying spell flingers can be in a tight hallway, he turns and lets and arrow fly and strike the mage.

He smiles despite himself, "We make a pretty good team Raijin."

Skalisss holds the line on the eastern flank, killing one of the foes. The brutal combination of spell and arrow from the sorcerer and hunter kill the mage before he can conjure another spell. Rocco dives into the frey, carving up two of the three nearby foes with his axes. The dwarfs quickness and heavy armor prevent the two dragonborn from hitting him when he passed them by.

Halleck moved in behind one of the Dragonborn soldiers surrounding Rocco. He slashed quickly, "At me!" He called. He drew a counter attack from the Dragonborn which glanced off his armor, and gave Rocco the chance to embed his axe in the enemy.

The dragonborn still stood, though badly wounded.

1. Thorkelson, a bald, tattooed man, entered the hangman's tavern and recruits Halleck and Vimak for a job. Thorkelson, needed some protection at the docks, but apparently had some sinister other motive, since he used drinks from the bar to drug Halleck and Vimak.

2. Wake up in the middle of a fight, being helped by strangers. Give the bandits a beating,

3. Get approached by the bandit leaders, who have two girls that look exactly like that one we want. The real girl is revealed, and natural, a fight breaks out. After we smash the goons, their leader, Hank the Tank comes out. And, eventually, Hank gets killed.

4. Get the real mission: deliver Lerrick to brother Buchta, so he can remove the mark of Trogdor from her forehead. The mark is in indicator to all that Lerrick has been chosen to be sacrificed to the dragon Bosch. Your quest as of now is to provide safe passage for Lerrick to brother Buchta so that he can perform the ritual. This includes taking her to the portal, traveling thought it, and then taking her from the portal to brother Buchta's place of residence.

OOC: It will take a while to finish all of the enemy attacks due to the pesky little dwarf and his conditional attacks. :) Already he'll be using two of them do to one trying to shift and another attacking someone else. That doesn't include the free attacks he gets when the poor enemies miss! I should be done later this afternoon.
