IMO a double sword is a heavy blade and light blade at the same time, like the khopesh is an axe and blade at the same time. According to my RAW interpretation anyway.
However having a massive double long sword and 'light' blade do not gel with me so IMC the light blade property is struck through.
Oh and the rapier with heavy shield ain't ideal IMO 'cos yes you do get the extra @ reflex but you also get the -2 armour check penalty.
