I have watched the first two episodes.

I am reserving judgement, which I suppose in and of itself is a judgement.

The storyline is interesting, if not overly unique.

The animation is decent, and the fights are fast and bloody.

IMHO, there's a lot of irony here, how they made a TV based on Blade, who was in a lot of ways, Samurai like, and instead made it something of a soap opera based around that chick from the Mercury commercials. And then they come out with an animated showed based on all the good stuff from the Blade movies (ie, kickass fights).

Why didn't they put any of that into Blade?
