[Ashkhar] Blood on the Horizon: OOC and Set up

Hello. I am the "in the vein of a holy protector". I plan on playing a paladin of sorts, but with no control. Heavy armor, long bow, long sword, shield. Very quiet, stoic, and menacing. Trained by the Iravar to protect those that are meant to spread the good word.

Sweet! Now once we get our final character posted up we can work out the details. [MENTION=51930]fireinthedust[/MENTION] have you decided if you wanted to be an Iravar as well, or met up with these other two gentleman in some other avenue?

Also I'm working on the starting city, it is really taking shape. I will post up a primer of sorts in the first post at the top. For now, those of you who know what they want to build out, go ahead and build a level one character per the character creation rules, using only skills, attributes, species, and assets. Post up any questions or if you guys want to work out your builds together.

Other avenue. Jing is a travelling mystic, but not of the "righteous templar" kind. More four elements and meditation, though he's got his "cosmic awareness" side as well.

Jing is a lean man with thick muscles, and on his body are tattoos of arrows along his body's ley lines, along his back and arms. Between the arrows are flames and waves, winds and trees, and also tigers and fish and snakes. His lower half is girded around the waist with a thick belt, over a thick skirt and light pants. His pack is a satchel strapped around his waist, keeping the weight off his shoulders. His eyes are deep grey, and they look out from under a bowl-shaped hat. He has the manner of a mytic and a monk.

Love it. Is Jing human? If so, it would make the most sense for the three of you to have met somewhere along the journey. The Iravar would have been steadily heading south as they were making judgments and meting justice. The most likely scenario would have involved some scenario where either Jing or the arbiters were under some kind of attack or predicament and the other helped them out. So maybe Jing was in a fight or was being accused of something and the arbiters helped to free him.

Can I get a physical description of the anduin race?

Anduin are humanoid, skin along the gold spectrum from pearlescent white to shiny black, usually blonde or slightly green hair. They are somewhat androgynous and don't care much for gender roles. Their faces are more angular than a human, with a clear slant away from the nose (compared to a humans flat face.) They have somewhat pointed ears, but the shape overall differs from that of a human.


They generally stand shy of 5'8" and 150 lbs. A subculture of wearing masks and anonymity are pretty popular, as well as blunt truthfulness.
