Charge question...

This might have been covered somewhere (but I haven't seen it)... Is it possible to Charge (standard action) then move? Thus moving 60' and attacking? Can you Move then Charge, or Charge then move? What's the story on this?

A Standard Action usually allows you to take some action and move your base speed, either before or after.

Charge is a Special Standard Action, where the move carries some additional limitations.

Firstly, it must be before, not after.
Secondly, it must be in a straight line.
Thirdly, it must be at least 10 feet.
Fourthly, it can be up to twice your base speed, unlike a normal move.

You cannot Charge and move - the Charge includes a move already.

Note that in the SRD, they call Charge a Full-Round Action, rather than a Special Standard Action, but the result is the same.

No. See PHB p. 122, Table 8-1. Charge does not have a "Yes" under the "Move" column, so you don't get a Move action in addition to the charge.
