So does Dragonbane. So does BRP 4th (the most recent I have, thanks to a pandemic freebie, I think. Anyway, it's in my DTRPG library). So does Mongoose Traveller, tho' it does allow for point build. Most OSR games also assume random gen.

I just thought it should be noted, since its sometimes a dealbreaker. Especially when its difficult to retrofit otherwise.
