I am liking how this is fleshing out.

Damage Threshold
If you ever take more damage in a single hit than your Constitution score you must pass a Fortitude save equal to the damage dealt. Failure on this Fortitude save results in you only being able to take a single standard or move action on your next turn.

The Toughness feat increases your Damage Threshold by 3.

Any problems?

Something else to consider if you wanted a little variance would be to give each character a bonus to their Damage Threshold equal to their first classes' HD. This would make Fighter/Palys more attractive as 1st level choices even with their relatively low skill points.
