That is actually a good idea. If you know when you timestop ends (and/or you've done all you wish in it), it is worthwile to use your last action in it to delay (or ready an action) for when the timestop ends.

I didn't mean only one action in a round I meant only 1 time that you can act. The exception is of course an immediate action.

All of your actions (except for an immediate action) occur on your turn in hte initiative order - which only happens once a round.
