This is the DMF Campaign! D&D 3.5 rules! The character creation specifics are back at the DMF.

Only DMF Members can play in this game!

I'll be your first DM, start makign your characters and posting them, once everyone has posted their character, the top 4-6 best, most interesting characters will be chosen to play! I will make a list of who is playing once the characters are chosen. So make your characters interesting guys.

Other IG rules:

Use Italics for spoken words.
Use (Parenthesis) for OOG talk. [Try to avoid digression]
DMs use Bold for narrative text (flavor text)
Type normally for announcing actions and results of actions.
Underline results for rolls using our online dice roller:

Dice Roller

Use your character's name for all rolls and make a unique note for each roll. When posting results, call the roll by its unique note and what the result was:
(e.g. AttackRoll1= 17 (14 + 2 + 1 = 17) <== IF you chose to write out the modifers and the roll like this then always put the roll # first)

I think we need to build a cooperative atmosphere until we are more comfortable with this.

@Evilhalfling
A few notes on your char:

1) Craft (embroidery) still uses Int bonus for modifiers, not Dex.
2) Your small longbow is EXACTLY like a shortbow in all aspects except that it costs 45 GP more. Just as a suggestion from your DM that you might want that money back for who knows what.
3) Your Flat-Footed AC is 14 not 15.
4) You have 2 feats, you shoudl only have one.
5) on the same topic: You cannot use a Gnome Hooked Hammer with out the Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Gnome Hooked Hammer) feat.

Otherwise its a great character.

Cassie Doorward: female NG gnome ranger who is just setting out from home. which is the hamlet called Brightcandle in the well known gnomish region of _________
I was stricken with wanderlust from a young age, despite my parents wish for me to continue the line of fine embroidery. I still carry samples and always have a project to work on. I have so far had little experience with violence, but hunting and skinning has given me a strong tolerance for the results. I have always been a little wild and spent much of my time exploring when I could sneak out.
My grandparents were the greatest gnome adventures in the west, having defeated countless demons and been players in a territory dispute between dragons, They also helped save the world once when a necromancer was planning on destroying an entire nation, and bringing them all back as undead. They have vast stores of magical equipment that they will bequeath to me once I prove myself worthy. They actually live in a grand fortress on another plane. The two old gnomes living on garden lane are only simulacrums – Hey Quit Laughing ! no really, its all true did I mention that my father is actually a lord of Waterdeep? – how do you know there isn’t a gnomish lord of Waterdeep have you ever been to their meetings?
The truth? that’s so boring. Okay so my parents run a fancy shop of fine clothing and embroidery, but they got the shop by crafting a web of magical threads that imprisoned a dragon while they …

If gnomes don’t get this in your campaign, Ill switch to staff, no problem.

Battle sorc is a variation of the Sorc (obviously) It decrease casting power but increases the sorcs ability to defend himself. I lose one spell per day on each level and one known spell for each level, but the benefits are obvious.
