Final confrontation

I was wondering about a ruling of the level 20 Frenzied Berserkers attack power. This allows the target to make and the attacker to make unlimited attacks as free actions. However, the eretta on free actions says that only one attack may be preformed as a free action per turn. How does one judge this? I have 18 levels until my son's barbarian can even potentially use this, but it is bugging me. I think I'm going to rule in favor of the power, but I'm interested in what you all think about it.
