Wimpy concentrates and Ure is surrounded by icy, solid fog. I'm not sure whether Ure can sense the edges, but it probably won't matter. It is centered at 75n60e. Wimpy then continues flying and lands at 105n55e.

OOC: Don't forget the immediate reflex save to avoid falling. Also, I'm not sure how to handle "half speed" and yet have a minimum of 5ft. I guess the solid part of the fog overrules the slipperiness. Man, what a nasty effect on a dragon.
