Cirrians make up 55% of the total population of the Upper City, which equals 18,865. In the Lower City, Cirrians make up 6% of the total population, which equals 3,282.
Trelians make up 30% of the total population of the Upper City, which equals 10,290. In the Lower City, Trelians make up 4% of the total population, which equals 2,188.
Jovs make up 5% of the total population of the Upper City, which equals 1,715. In the Lower city, Jovs make up 2% of the total population, which equals 1,094.
Cirrians, Jovs, and Trelians are all human ethnic groups that have Spelljamming origins.
In the Lower City, Anorians make up 25% of the total population, which equals 13,675. There aren't any significant Anorian families living in the Upper City. (If you've been following this thread, I've just changed the Anorian spire kinship to be Jov — another one of my homebrewed human ethnic groups. Using Anorian was an error. -KF)
2% of the total population of the Upper City is made up of other human ethnic groups with Harqualian origins. (This is equal to 686.) These humans tend to be clergy, shopkeepers, or indentured servants. In the Lower City, 1% of the total population is made of other human ethnic groups with Harqualian origins. (This is equal to 546.)
Note that 35% of the total population of all of Cirrus's controlled territory is human. (This is equal to 344,575.) The bulk of humanity that lives beyond the city-state itself is primarily Anorian but other ethnic groups common to the Thunder Lands are also found in the lands around Cirrus.
