From the last few years, I particularly liked Pearl (2022), Glass Onion(2022), Evil Dead Rise (2023) and The Last Duel (2021).

I highly enjoyed Last Duel.

Critics didn't seem to like it, but I did.
I also really enjoyed it. The premise was really novel in my opinion. Essentially watching the movie play out three times from different perspectives.

Fair warning to anyone interested though. The plot revolves around sexual assault, and having to see it multiple times can be a lot.

All in all, it was a good movie.

I saw Poor Things a couple weeks ago. It was much better than I expected, but also very, very different from what I expected.

I would highly recommend The Menu.

65 was a lot better than the critics gave credit for. Not an amazing scifi classic, but a solid little self contained story.

Violent Night was a good, stupid slasher, if you're into that sort of thing.
