OOC: It might be too late to change this, and it might be a little meta, but knowing what I know about goblins, if both Green Flame Blade’s extra fire damage were to hit the same goblin, the one that got frosted, instead of the first one hitting the hobgoblin, then that goblin would likely be dead. Having one less goblin to worry about would be very nice going in to the next round...

Also, the goblin that shied back, did he move back and therefore grant an Opportunity Attack, or did he just not attack?

Dandin was in deep now, but at least Enseth seems to have saved Tommi. For the moment. It was enough, and now, at least, he could do something for his friend.

"Glad to see you're alright Tommi! Now let's clean house!"

Then he turned to the bugbear looming over himself, Angus and their guide all three. "Hey, look at that swing! Can't hit the broadside of a dwarf, can you?"

OOC: Viscious Mockery vs Wis save for [roll0] psychic damage and DA on his next attack on the nearest Bugbear. Saving his reaction for cutting words -[roll1] on it's next attack(if it looks like he might actually hit.)

Healing word on Tommi for :[roll2]

Angis yanked out his second handaxe and grinned at the bugbear. Then his axes whirled, slicing at the larger creature.

The misshapen cleaver is still in his hand, as Tommi rolls away from the embrace of the bugbear. With a roll, he is again on his feet. He breathes in.

Heh.

*cough*

Dangling from his other wrist is one end of his sling. "Pull yourself together" he tells himself, as he rolls behind an overturned table, and scrambles for one of the stones he had charged, dropping the blade as he does so. He pulls it up, loads it, and fires at the creature who had caught him off guard.

OOC: Whew. Close one.

Move: stand (if needed) and find cover within 30'.
Bonus action: there should be two stones still charged. If they've been dropped, cast magic stone. If they haven't then Hide [roll0] after the following attack.
Attack: with magic stone. [roll1] (with advantage because of Orb? [roll2]). If a hit, damage = [roll3] plus [roll4] for sneak attack.

Titus & Morwen vs Goblins

As Morwen scratched at its head from behind, Titus thrust his sword into the Hobgoblin. It did not go deep, but it burst green flame which singed the face of one of the goblins surrounding him. The goblin screeched and retreated down the trench as the hobgoblin and another goblin closed around Titus. The young nobleman swung his sword around, deftly parrying both creature's attacks. Then a stone slung by another goblin struck him in the cheek, drawing blood. The wound stung, but Titus was determined that he would be victorious.

Legend
Enseth, ORB4, & Tommi vs Bugbear1

While ORB4 buzzed about as a distraction, Enseth slammed his fist into the big bugbear who had tried to strangle Tommi. The brute staggered, but it did not fall - instead it grabbed Enseth by the arm and began to bend the Shield Guardian's plating back. Enseth would have calculated the potential damage of an unarmed combatant to be minimal, but it appeared that the bugbear was very good at breaking things. Enseth's defensive programs began to calculate his best options.

Tommi steadied himself and dove under a table. He found his stones were still there and he slung one through the door at the bugbear holding Enseth. It clattered harmlessly off of the back of Enseth's shield, which unfortunately was blocking much of Tommi's firing angle.

Dandin, Angis & Andrik vs Bugbear2

Dandin mocked the surrounded bugbear, who furiously swung his oversized club at Andrik. Dandin saw that the weaver was not quite prepared to block the blow with his shield, so he struck the bugbear's elbow with the flat of the blade and said, "That would smart, if you weren't so dumb!"

The bugbear turned at the last and Andrik brought his shield up in time, just barely deflecting a blow that could otherwise have seriously harmed him. As the club slid off the shield, Angis saw his chance and delivered a solid blow with one of his axes to the Bugbear's left shoulder. It roared in pain and frustration.

Averiel vs Bugbear3

Alone against the third Bugbear, Averiel tried a risky move; She left herself open to a blow from the bugbear's big mace, but she rolled with the impact while slicing the bugbear twice under its arms. She would be bruised, but the bugbear took the worst of it. Still, the bugbear remained standing and she was not sure if she would ever want to try that plan again.

GM: Enseth should probably have let ORB4 help Tommi. Dandin used Cutting Words
